We collect basic personal data if you make an enquiry via the online form, including name, email address, phone number,etc. This does not include any special types of online analysis or location based information.

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from those under the age of 18. If you complete an enquiry form you are providing us with information to progress a query. We will not collect personal data from you that we do not need in order to fulfil this.

The enquiry form data we process is handled by our staff in the UK. For the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is securely held and we will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal data. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows then to do so. We have a Data Protection Policy in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry forms are kept for up to three years.
